SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Venom Intensifier™. Venom Intensifier™ is a brand operated by Venom Labs LLC. We are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently, accurately, and securely as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed in controlled production batches to maintain quality, consistency, inventory management, and packaging standards.

Standard retail orders are typically processed within approximately 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. During periods of increased demand, promotional events, inventory replenishment cycles, operational adjustments, product launches, or circumstances outside of our control, processing times may extend beyond normal fulfillment timelines.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Venom Labs LLC reserves the right to delay, hold, refuse, limit, cancel, or manually review any order at our sole discretion for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale activity, inaccurate customer information, inventory discrepancies, payment verification concerns, operational limitations, or other business-related reasons.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, shipping destination, weight, carrier rates, and selected shipping methods.

Estimated delivery times are provided by third-party shipping carriers and are estimates only. Venom Labs LLC does not guarantee carrier delivery dates, transit times, shipping speeds, or carrier performance.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive shipments when applicable.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Venom Labs LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, supply chain interruptions, labor shortages, failed delivery attempts, inaccurate customer information, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect, delayed, or interrupted carrier delivery does not automatically qualify an order for refund, reimbursement, replacement, or chargeback eligibility.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or improperly entered addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment can occur.

Venom Labs LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package is lost, stolen, delayed, missing, misdelivered, or arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date or delivery confirmation.

Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not qualify for investigation, replacement consideration, reimbursement assistance, or carrier claim support.

Venom Labs LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or missing packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we may assist customers with carrier claims when appropriate.

Any replacement, refund, reshipment, reimbursement, or claim assistance requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability may vary depending on destination and carrier limitations.

Customers are solely responsible for all customs fees, import duties, VAT taxes, brokerage fees, inspections, regulatory fees, or additional charges imposed by their country, customs authority, or local government.

Certain products may be restricted, prohibited, delayed, refused, or confiscated in certain jurisdictions due to local laws, hazardous material classifications, alcohol-related regulations, customs procedures, carrier restrictions, or regulatory policies.

Venom Labs LLC is not responsible for delays, confiscations, restrictions, customs holds, or delivery failures caused by international shipping regulations or customs authorities.

WHOLESALE AND BULK ORDERS

Wholesale, distributor, and bulk orders are processed separately from standard retail inventory and may require additional production scheduling, inventory preparation, verification procedures, freight coordination, signature confirmation, pallet preparation, or custom shipping arrangements.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for wholesale and larger volume order processing before shipment tracking is provided. Certain high-volume or specialty orders may require additional lead time depending on production scheduling, material availability, packaging preparation, operational capacity, and order volume.

Shipping timelines for wholesale and distributor orders may differ from standard retail fulfillment timelines.

ORDER ISSUES

Customers must report shipping issues, missing items, damaged products, incorrect shipments, or delivery discrepancies within 7 days of delivery.

Failure to report shipment issues within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement, refund, reimbursement, reshipment, or claim eligibility.
