RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to all products sold under the Venom Intensifier™ brand and operated by Venom Labs LLC.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at returns@venomintensifier.com to request return authorization.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing by Venom Labs LLC.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Claims regarding damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

DAMAGED ARRIVAL DOCUMENTATION

For damaged-arrival claims, customers should provide clear documentation showing the condition of the package and product upon opening.

When possible, customers should submit a video showing the package being opened for the first time. The video should show the package in its original delivered condition and the shipping tape or seal being opened for the first time.

This documentation helps Venom Labs LLC evaluate damaged-arrival claims, but submission of documentation does not guarantee approval of a refund, replacement, reshipment, reimbursement, or claim.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Beauty and cosmetic-related products

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Wholesale, distributor, bulk, and case-pack orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity concerns, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund consideration.

Wholesale and bulk orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation once processing has begun.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible item you have and place a separate order for the replacement product once your return has been approved.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable laws.

To qualify, the item must remain unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping costs, or deductions permitted under this policy.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before refunds appear in your account.
